A Great Cause - Masquerading as a Great Time!
Our inaugural, Bone Bash 2018 – An Evening in Disguise, will feature an elegant evening reminiscent of centuries-old masquerade balls. Donning their venetian masks, guests will enjoy a cocktail reception, dinner, silent and live auctions, and honoree presentations at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco on Saturday, October 27. After the main program, party-revelers are invited to Casino Mystique for games, merriment, and dancing. We are thrilled to have The Honorable London Breed, Mayor of San Francisco as Honorary Chair and The Honorable Sam Liccardo, Mayor of San Jose and First Lady Jessica Garcia Kohl as Honorary Co-Chairs of An Evening in Disguise, Bone Bash 2018.
Central to the celebration, the Arthritis Foundation distinguishes two inspiring Bay Area individuals who have committed their lives to finding a cure and championing the fight against arthritis. We are excited to announce our 2018 Honorees. Our Champion of Yes! Award recipient, Jeffrey Gottfurcht, and our Medical Award of Excellence recipient, Emily von Scheven, M.D., are true visionaries who have given generously of their time, energy, and resources to promote information, advocacy, community, and scientific discovery.
